Original artworks and limited-edition prints are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

PRODUCTS

Original artworks, prints, and commissioned works are sold as described on the website. Slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to the nature of original art and printing processes.

Prints are reproductions of original artworks and do not include ownership of the original work.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information when making a purchase.

SHIPPING

Shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout or by direct communication. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers once the artwork has been dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of original artworks and limited-edition prints, returns are only accepted in the case of damage during shipping or incorrect items supplied.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with photographic proof provided.

Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion once the artwork has been returned in its original condition and packaging.

COMMISSIONS

Commissioned artworks require agreement on size, subject matter, and timeframe before work begins. A deposit is required.

Once work on a commission has begun, deposits are non-refundable. Minor revisions may be agreed upon, but artistic style remains at the discretion of the artist.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of Kirsty Springett Art and are protected by copyright laws.

Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
