Guppy Fish

A detailed pen study of a guppy, capturing the dramatic spread of its patterned tail and the delicate translucency of its fins. Fine stippling and linear mark-making build texture and depth while keeping the composition light and minimal. This artwork forms part of a series of four freshwater fish and is designed to work harmoniously as a collection or as a standalone piece.

This artwork is drawn on 310gsm Arches watercolour paper and presented in a floating mount within a black wooden frame with subtle natural wood edges visible, creating a clean, contemporary finish.
